The second board of directors of Kimwan group in 2021 was successfully held in Qingshan

On the afternoon of July 11, 2021, Mr. Zang Wenping, chairman of Kimwan group, led the group leaders and representatives of outstanding employees of subsidiaries to visit Qingshan company, accompanied by Wang Jin, general manager of Qingshan company. During the visit, the production workshop and office area of the factory were inspected successively, and the facilities and equipment of the factory and the production process of graphite products were inspected. President Wang Jin mainly introduced the current facility construction, quality and safety management system, production capacity, functions of each workshop and staffing of the factory. The chairman and his party highly affirmed the factory's relatively perfect plant facilities and equipment, clean factory environment, strict work flow, perfect quality and safety supervision and management system, etc.
On the morning of July 12, the second board of directors of carbon materials of Kimwan group in 2021 was successfully held in Xinghe International Hotel, Inner Mongolia. Zang Wenping, chairman of Kimwan group, Chen Qian, vice chairman, Xu Hui, general manager, Che Deyu, deputy general manager, Chen Xueqian, general manager of Jinwan company, Xu Shuwei, executive deputy general manager, Zang Zong, assistant general manager of Jinwan group and deputy general manager of Jinwan company, Niu Xiaodong, general manager of Anhui company, Zhang Yingqian, executive deputy general manager, Wang Jin, general manager of Qingshan company, Zhang Chen, executive deputy general manager, Gao Xiang, group operation director Guo Zhichang, chief financial officer, Xing Jun, Secretary of the board of directors, Yao Sheng and Miao Chunyu of the war investment department and representatives of outstanding employees of subsidiaries attended the meeting.
The meeting was presided over by general manager Xu Hui. Firstly, 12 excellent employee representatives from Jinwan, Anhui and Qingshan companies were commended, and the honorary certificate of sprint sales crown in the second quarter was issued to Jinwan company. On the second agenda of the meeting, the leaders attending the meeting listened to the work report of the general managers of the subsidiaries in the first half of 2021. General manager Xu Hui made a summary report on the work of the carbon material sector. Finally, chairman Zang Wenping made a summary speech on the meeting.
This visit to Qingshan enables the group leaders to have a deep understanding of the production and operation of Qingshan factory, have a more comprehensive grasp of the development process of each subsidiary in the first half of 2021, and lay a foundation for the positioning and objectives of the development strategy in the second half of 2021.
